AI-Generated Content: Xequity reserves the right to remove AI-generated content at our discretion, especially if it:

• Violates copyright or impersonation laws,
• Replicates real artists or known material without authorization,
• Contains misleading or unlabeled artificial content.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, publish, or share content that:

• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights,
• You do not own or are not authorized to use,
• Is AI-generated and misleading, impersonates others, or misrepresents its origin,
• Contains hate speech, harassment, illegal content, or harmful material,
• Violates any applicable laws or platform guidelines,
• Includes spam, malware, or automated bot activity.

We may remove such content without notice and may suspend or ban repeat violators.

5. Takedown Requests & Copyright Disputes

We comply with the EU Copyright Directive and international copyright standards. Rights holders may file takedown requests via our contact portal.

Upon receiving a valid claim, Xequity may disable access to the disputed content while the matter is reviewed.

6. Platform Availability & Changes

7. Termination of Access
